  1. Throwdowns: To do this, you have to take a mat and lay your back straight on it. Now, raise your two legs slowly, keep it straight and be still for 10 seconds. After that, slowly bring your legs down but do not let it touch the ground and raise it again.
  2. Ball back hyperextensions: Take an exercise ball. Lay with your face first on the ball and slowly take it down to your abdominal area. After that, raise your left arm and your right leg. Be still for 10 seconds and slowly take down your left arm and right leg and raise your right arm and left leg. Lower back exercises like these are easy to do yet very effective.
  3. Back Hyperextensions: One of the easiest yet most effective lower back exercises that you can practice while even at home is back hyperextensions. To do this you have to lay on the floor with your face down, then raise your head, your right arm and your left leg. Be still for about 10 seconds and change positions by raising your left arm and right leg.

These are just some examples of lower back exercises that you can practice everyday. There are still other exercises that focus on the lower back that you can do such as aerobic exercises. Lower back exercises are good for preventing lower back conditions which can make you suffer from pain.
