    This stretch helped me tremendously within a day of doing it. Not one of the five doctors I saw suggested exercise at all; in fact, I was told not toexercise till the pain went away, and also to undergo an expensive MRI and prepare for surgery! The frauds!   6. @Sperry411 Yayyy! Yes, it gets easier the more you do it, as do all stretches and physical exercises. If you are very tight, you can take deep breaths and mentally relax the muscles in your hips – let go of tension as you release your breath. That often helps.

    wow, doing this for the first time is both painful and feels so good! Im sure the more often u do this, it gets better and better. It was only painful for me the first few minutes then I could do this all day..lol.
